The JoBu Group Partners with Danzig Designs |

| Toronto, Canada, March 2006 – Signifying the company’s commitment to forging strategic alliances, The JoBu Group today announced the development of a partnership agreement with Ferrero Designs, a leading Interior Design firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA). The agreement marks The JoBu Group’s entry into the Florida Real Estate market, and the pilot staging phase for the company’s upcoming CondoWorld program, set for release in early 2007.
Danzig Designs is a rapidly growing interior design firm that specializes in creating fresh, contemporary designs for high-end condominium resident clients. The company has many Canadian clients with primary residence in Toronto, and secondary residences in Florida. The new agreement will enable Danzig Designs to access the Canadian market, specifically Toronto, with the marketing campaign to be fully managed by The JoBu Group. In addition, Danzig Designs will also be instrumental in implementing the first stage of The JoBu Group’s real estate portal website, by compiling all market data and establishing a base of operations, in preparation for the site launch. John Estrada, Director of Marketing for The JoBu Group says, “This partnership works because each company is able to capitalize on existing infrastructure, and market presence, in order to facilitate growth. In addition, both companies will embark together on an exciting venture for the development of a unique portal for interior design, that is geared specifically for the condominium vertical.” Under the terms of the new partnership agreement, Danzig Designs will be integrated into The JoBu Group’s roster of consultants in the Real Estate sector, and will also actively promote The JoBu Group’s services to its existing client base. |
